The Definition of Insanity

非常不错的书，在恶补知识的同时还能享受充满哲学的思索，激发跳跃的思维。翻译的人也非常了不起，贴切！

Frank Krias的文章总让我有一种毛骨悚然又难过的难以完整形容的复杂感觉，无论是小饰和阳子里扭曲的关系，还是七个房间里得知残酷规则的绝望和反抗，都让我深深为之着迷。

谢谢编剧如此大量详细的数据解释，谣言害人不浅，按照书中的做法锻炼去！

“从来没有得到过的东西，人们不会去想。但是这些东西是她或她理所当然应该拥有的，就再也离不开了。” 不得不承认，编剧在前言借用的海伦凯勒的比喻让我觉得恰到好处。不曾拥有过，才会倍加珍惜并保持这感恩之心。从头至尾，一直很喜欢茱蒂的生活态度，人们各安天命，但意志是自由的。无论如何，都要对生活时怀感恩之心，活在当下。

可看度不高，主角及大部分配角塑造的一般，罗炎，端木森塑造的不错，但是相比之下，有点喧宾夺主了。总体讲，这部剧比较适合打发无聊的时间，比如WC的时候.......

本文最吸引我的是通俗的叙事形式，让我身临其中，在蛤蟆的角度思考。三种模式也让我对自己有了新的思考视角。儿童模式和父母模式中，防御自己，批判自己是我常做的事情，要尽力处于成人模式，节制欲望，延迟满足。
